Camera Obscura (9th Floor)

At the pinnacle of the observatory lies the extraordinary Camera Obscura, a rare gem in the world. This remarkable periscope, a giant camera in its own right, brings the city to life by projecting a vibrant, live image onto a table through the magic of a mirror and a lens.

Panoramic Terrace (8th Floor)

Perched 44 meters above street level, the Panoramic Terrace provides visitors with awe-inspiring 360-degree views of the city. Here, the majestic Minorite Church, Eger's tallest building, seems almost to rest at your feet, a testament to the enchanting hilly landscape. The Panoramic Terrace stands as the highest public observation deck in downtown Eger, inviting all to embrace the beauty surrounding them.

Miksa Hell Astronomy Museum (6th Floor)

Step into the Hell Miksa Astronomy Museum, where the wonders of the universe await. Here, visitors can admire an exquisite exhibition of telescopes featuring mirrors and lenses, quadrants, sundials, and línea meridionales, each serving its unique purpose. Marvel at the remarkable collection of astronomical instruments from 1776, meticulously ordered by the esteemed royal astronomer of Vienna, Miksa Hell.

Science Playhouse and Planetarium (6th Floor)

At the Science Playhouse, embark on a journey to discover how the world operates, whether individually or with the guidance of passionate experts. The nearby Planetarium invites you to experience the breathtaking beauty of the starry sky, the constellations, and the movements of the planets in our solar system, all presented in a captivating and interactive format.

György Barna Optical History Exhibition (5th floor)

Ányos Jedlik Experimentarium (3rd floor)

The Jedlik Ányos Experimentarium invites you to engage in high-quality sessions that explore the captivating realms of physics, chemistry, biology, and geography, enriching your educational journey and igniting your curiosity.
