Experience the Paloznak Jazz Picnic

For three unforgettable days, the village of just 500 residents - located only a 10-minute drive from Balatonfüred - becomes the jazz capital of Lake Balaton. During the day, festivalgoers relax on picnic blankets overlooking the main stage, surrounded by vineyards and panoramic views. As evening falls, the atmosphere transforms into an open-air celebration, with audiences dancing barefoot on the grass beneath the stars.

Since its launch in 2012, the festival has grown from an intimate jam session in the courtyard of the village's Heritage House into one of Hungary's most celebrated boutique festivals. Today, it welcomes thousands of visitors to a three-day event featuring four stages and more than 40 concerts, while preserving the relaxed atmosphere and unique charm that made it so special from the very beginning.

Set among the vineyards just minutes from the shores of Lake Balaton, the festival presents an outstanding programme of jazz, funk, soul, pop, and contemporary fusion, bringing together internationally acclaimed artists and Hungary's finest performers. Beyond the music, visitors can indulge in premium gastronomy, discover local producers, and enjoy a festival experience built around quality, sustainability, and a welcoming community spirit.

This year's performers include Rick Astley, Gregory Porter, Earth, Wind & Fire Experience, Ella Eyre, Electro Deluxe, Deladap, Adani & Wolf, alongside acclaimed Hungarian acts such as Antonia Vai, Bin-Jip, and InFusion Trio.

Every year, we offer a wide range of fun activities for children. All family programs take place at the Zöldike Kids' Courtyard, located in the Village Centre.

Admission is free for children up to 13 years old. The festival is dog-friendly.
